nice episode. the chemo setare ideal, I think. The hole at thumb gusset, is it where you picvked up stitches? I have seen a tutorial to remedey but can't remember the site. Have you asked on Ravelry, or done a search? Would be an idea to get straws in for after the extractions, especially those for use with hot liquids. Then you could have soup for nourishment. take care xxx

p.s. you can pick up extra stitches around the gusset to close it up, knit another round and then decrease down to the right number.
